All our bakes are made fresh on order and baked from scratch. Therefore, we require a 48-Hour lead time to ensure your finished product is made to your utmost satisfaction.
We encourage you to order well ahead of time, especially for events holding on the weekend or during seasonal occasions like Christmas.

2. In-Store Collection
Our store opening hours are from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Saturday. All orders will be ready for collection from 9am up until 5pm on the pick-up date. Please contact the store for Bank Holiday hours.
3. Doorstep Delivery
We offer delivery by hand and postal delivery for qualifying orders. Your contact details provided with your order will be used for all communications regarding your delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure the correct email, phone number, and address has been provided to facilitate your delivery.
4. Shipping Policy
Our delivery partner provides a tracked next day delivery service across the UK. We take particular care in packaging your order in a food safe, tamper proof box, and use additional safety measures to secure your cake while in transit. The packaging is marked fragile, and a non-stacking warning is affixed to the postal box. All shipments are sent for next day delivery within the UK.
